Open Studio is available for up to 1 hour to practice inversions or a sequence you're working on. If you took the class prior, you can join for free. Otherwise please pay at least $5 to join. A certified instructor will be onsite to help spot and give tips.

Stay & Play / Open Studio is available for up to 1 hour to practice inversions or a sequence you're working on. A certified instructor will be onsite to help spot and correct form, if you want assistance, otherwise the time is yours. Blocks, bolsters, straps, and other props are available for use. Bring your own mat if you have one.
