Golden Hour Yoga & Sound Bath @ The Roof Crop

Join us for 60 minutes of yoga at the Roof Crop's incredible new headquarters in West Town! 

The Class:

• Class will be vinyasa flow with plenty of options for beginners and more advanced practitioners. 
• 45 minutes of yoga with about 15 minutes of sound bath by Nicole Chandler Eng from Westerly Wellbeing.
• Class will end as Golden Hour begins, the hour before sunset when pictures look AMAZING.

After Class:

• Complimentary hot tea will be served and guests can head out to the roof deck (weather pending) to hang out and take pictures.
• If interested, guests may head downstirs to the Maxwell's Trading restaurant to join the Roof Crop Foundation event. No need to change out of yoga attire!

• Enter through the Third Season Cafe door on Justine Street and look for signs to get up to the roof.
• The Roof Crop is an urban agriculture initiative that values and promotes sustainability, ecology, and community engagement. They build and maintain green roofs and productive landscapes, grow flowers, edible flowers, produce, grains, and natural dyes, and help develop apiary programs for schools and community gardens.
